S. J. Bisdee.  Red Roses in Tasmania.
Dealing with the brighter reds, I have no hesitation in saying that I have seen nothing to beat Ena Harkness. It is a glorious thing in every respect and coldness does not seem to worry it. Of its pod mates, Red Ensign died after it had showed a dull bloom. William Harvey is recovering from its injuries. It is just on the point of opening and looks deeper in colour than Ena Harkness.
