Bred by Georges Delbard (1905-1999) (France, before 1973).
Introduced in France by Delbard/Georges Delbard SA in 1974 as 'Paris 2000'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.   (Series: Roses de Libertie Collection)  
Bloom:
Orange-pink.  Orange with hints of cyclamen. Reverse cyclamen.  None / no fragrance.  25 petals.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Glossy foliage.  

Height: 4'11" (150cm).  Width: 35" (90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.  Very hardy.  vigorous.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..
