Origin:
Bred by Wilhelm J.H. Kordes II (1891-1976) (Germany, 1931).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1933 as 'Eduard Schill'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Red, yellow shading.  Mild fragrance.  Very large, semi-double (9-16 petals), cupped, open bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, upright.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b through 9b.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
'Eduard Schill' in Sangerhausen seems mislabeled.
