Discovered by John Nieuwesteeg (Australia, 1992).
Introduced in Australia by Nieuwesteeg Rose Nursery Pty Ltd in 1992 as 'Joyce Edmonds'.

Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange-pink.  Orange pink, salmon pink, coral pink.  Double (17-25 petals), cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  

Height: 4'11" to 5'11" (150 to 180cm).  Width: 4'1" to 4'11" (125 to 150cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

Notes:
This rose was sometimes referenced as a HT.
The lady, Joyce Edmonds, was a loved member of Heritage Roses in Australia.
