Bred by W. Kordes & Sons (Germany, 1991).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Mattocks Roses / Notcutts in 2001 as 'Buxom Beauty'.
Introduced in United States by Wayside Gardens in 2008 as 'Buxom Beauty'.
Introduced in Italy by Rose Barni in 2010 as 'Wanda Ferragamo'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.   (Series: Eleganza® Collection )  
Bloom:
Deep pink.  Strong, fruity fragrance.  up to 50 petals.  Average diameter 6".  Very large, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, upright.  Dark green foliage.  

Height: 31" to 39" (80 to 100cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 9b.  Can be used for cut flower, garden or shrub.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Tim Clapp of Mattocks Roses says, "Probably the most fragrant of all roses 'Buxom Beauty' is brand new this year and I just cannot rave enough about it. The flowers are enormous and the scent even challenges 'Fragrant Cloud'. The added benefit is it has very good disease resistance for a Hybrid Tea.

In Comments the parentage is said to be Seedling x Lady Like. The 'Lady Like' is probably the 1989 Tantau rose TANekily.
