The flower color is Cerise (Reddish Pink) growing in Sonoma County, California. Good raspberry scent and vigorous growth. I don't spray for disease but foliage remains clean in July. ~Benaminh

Detail of leathery matte leaves and side view of buds. Deep pink cerise petal color in 90+F degree temperatures. Can definitely see how Miss All American Beauty (Maria Callas) got its coloring. This particular plant is about 10 years old, and has never given me true red flowers in Southern or Northern California... always dusky cerise.
