Bred by Jean Laffay (France, 1850).

Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Light pink, white highlights.  Large, full (26-40 petals), cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Large, dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).

Notes:
Possibly dedicated to Julianna Comtesse BatthyƔny (June 10, 1827 - November 19, 1871 Vienna), who on May 18, 1850 married Wilhelm Albrecht, Prince of Montenuovo (1819-1895).
However, there were many Comtesses of the BatthyƔny family in the period.
