Bred by Steven Burrows (United Kingdom, before 1997).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Burrows' Roses in 2002 as 'Picture Book'.
Introduced in Canada by Select Roses in 2003 as 'Picture Book'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange blend.  Moderate fragrance.  26 to 40 petals.  Medium, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy.  Small, matte, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 42" (up to 105cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
