Bred by O.L. Weeks (1912-2002) (United States, before 2003).
Introduced in United States by Weeks Wholesale Rose Grower, Inc. in 2003 as 'Novelty'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Yellow and orange.  Flowers orange/yellow with gold, orange blend reverse.  Moderate fragrance.  Average diameter 4".  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, few or no prickles/thorns, upright.  Medium, matte, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 5' (up to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Heat tolerant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
