Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow.  Strong, anise, apricot or peach, citrus, clove, myrrh, violets fragrance.  100 to 120 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, cupped-to-flat, old-fashioned, quartered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Rounded buds.  
Habit:
Medium, upright, well-branched.  Large, glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 47" to 4¼' (120 to 130cm).  Width: 39" to 47" (100 to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower, garden, landscape or shrub.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

The present invention relates to a new and distinct variety of a shrub rose plant named `JACbelgo` which was originated by me by crossing the variety `JACjubel`, U.S. Plant Pat. No. 9,657, with the variety `AUSgold`, U.S. Plant Pat. No. 8,688.....Observations made of plants commencing at three years of age in a garden environment at Somis, Calif., from January 2003 to August 2004.
