Introduced in United States by Carlton Rose Nurseries, Inc. Archive as 'Pacific Blue'.
Introduced in Germany by Rosen-Tantau/Tantau Roses in 2002 as 'Blue Pacific'.
Class:
Florists Rose, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Lavender.  Silvery blue.  Mild fragrance.  up to 69 petals.  Average diameter 4.25".  Large, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, narrow.  Large, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Vigorous.
