Wild Edric just starting to bloom in March 2015. One of the best roses in my garden. Healthy, low maintenance, long blooming, heavily scented, and drought tolerant.

Wild Edric just starting to bloom in my garden last month. The canes without flowers and buds weighing them down are about 5 feet tall. Wild Edric is in a row of roses, but he is the first to bloom. The other are Rosa californica 'Los Berros' (to the left and slightly behind), WE, unidentified hybrid perpetual from Eurodesert (came id'd as Symphony but isn't), Rosa californica 'First Dawn', Snowdon (camouflaged by grapefruit tree), and Leonardo da Vinci. The dog is one of my Hungarian Kuvasz, Magda who is 9 1/2 years old. She is lying on a mixture of native California grasses.
