Introduced in France by Meilland International (after 1997) in 2008 as 'Alaska'.
Introduced in United States by Stark Bros. in 2009 as 'Pink Lady'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Light pink.  up to 5 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, single (4-8 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Compact, mounded, spreading, upright.  Matte, medium green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 30" to 39" (75 to 100cm).  Width: 30" to 39" (75 to 100cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.  
Breeder's notes:
To my knowledge this is the only sweetbrier-scented leaved everblooming rose with a respectable plant habit. 'Applejack' is the only other candidate but its habit is much too big for most.

In Europe it is sold as Alaska.

In the US it is sold as StarkĀ® Pink Lady by Stark Bros./Starkbros.com.

The new variety of Rosa hybrida shrub rose plant of the present invention was created at Greenfield, Wis., U.S.A., by artificial pollination wherein two parents were crossed which previously had been studied in the hope that they would contribute the desired characteristics. The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the `Radtee` variety (non-patented in the United States). The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) of the new variety was the `Radral` variety (non-patented in the United States). The parentage of the new variety can be summarized as follows: `Radtee`.times.`Radral`.
