Bloom:
White, golden-yellow stamens. Mild fragrance. Average diameter 4". Large, single to semi-double, borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, flat, open bloom form. Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season. Large buds.
Habit:
Tall, arching, bushy, climbing, spreading, suckers on its own roots.
Height: 7' to 13' (215 to 395cm). Width: 8' to 13' (245 to 395cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 3b and warmer. Can be used for garden, landscape or shrub. Vigorous. produces decorative hips. rain tolerant. Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.

Notes:
Pedro Dot was born on March 28, 1885, in San Filieu Llobregat near Barcelona, Spain. In an article, Pedro Dot & The Spanish Tradition (American Rose Magazine, November 1999), Bunny Skran wrote: "Undoubtedly, Dot's most successful rose, and one with which his name will always be associated, is 'Nevada'..." The Swedish Rose Society recommends Nevada for northern Sweden.
