Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Rose-pink, deep pink edges, light pink reverse.  Strong, centifolia, old rose fragrance.  Average diameter 3.5".  Large, very full (41+ petals), in large clusters, cupped, old-fashioned bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, upright.  5 leaflets.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
