Bloom:
Carmine-pink, carmine-red center. None to mild fragrance. Average diameter 3.75". Medium to large, semi-double to double, globular bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit:
Well-branched. Dark green foliage.

Notes:
Vibert does not list this rose as a cultivar of Descemet. Only William Paul mentions synonymity of 'Pallagi' with 'Nec Plus Ultra' and 'Glory of the Gardens'. For the latter see 'Gloire des Jardins'. These are probably 3 distinct roses.
