Introduced in South Africa by Ludwig's Roses as 'Arctic Ice'.
Introduced in France by Delbard/Georges Delbard SA in 2008.
Introduced in Australia by Rankins Nursery in circa 2016 as 'Blue Emotion'.
Introduced in United States by Certified Nurseries in 2018 as 'Le Petit Prince'.
Class:
Floribunda, Hybrid Tea.   (Series: Grand Parfums Collection)  
Bloom:
Mauve, pink shading..  Strong, anise, citrus, rose fragrance.  28 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 4.25".  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, cupped, globular, old-fashioned bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Glossy, medium green foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.  

Height: 4'11" to 6'7" (150 to 200cm).

The new Rosa hybrida Hybrid Tea rose plant was created by artificial pollination carried out during 1998 in a greenhouse at Hyeres, France, wherein two parents were crossed which previously had been studied in the hope that they would contribute the desired characteristics. The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the `Delge` variety (non-patented in the United States). The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) was the `Adharman` variety (non-patented in the United States)
