Origin:
Bred by Niels Dines Poulsen (1919-2003) (Denmark, before 1965).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Samuel McGredy and Son, Nurserymen (Northern Ireland) in 1965 as 'Pernille Poulsen'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange-pink.  Moderate fragrance.  up to 18 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium to large, semi-double to double, cluster-flowered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Light green foliage.  

Height: 20" to 28" (50 to 70cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 4b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
