Origin:
Bred by Francesco Giacomo Paolino (France, before 1976).
Introduced in France by URS (Universal Rose Selection)-Meilland in 1978 as 'Parador'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Lemon-yellow.  Flowers chrome-yellow.  Mild fragrance.  up to 30 petals.  Large, full (26-40 petals), cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Matte, dark green, dense foliage.  

Height: 28" to 3' (70 to 90cm).  
Growing:
Vigorous.  Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..

Some nurseries had incorrectly sold 'Parador' under the name 'Tchin Tchin', but that is a different rose, MEIchanso.
