Bred by Alexander M. (Alec) Cocker (1907-1977) (Scotland, before 1976).
Introduced in France by NIRP International in 1976 as 'Playboy'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Yellow and red, red edges.  Mild, apple fragrance.  10 petals.  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, flat to cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 30" to 4' (75 to 120cm).  Width: 26" to 4' (65 to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders or garden.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
