Discovered by Unknown (before 1786).
Class:
Early Small Flowered, Evergreen.  
Bloom:
White, lilac edges.  4 to 5 petals.  Average diameter 1".  Nodding bloom form.  Midwinter to early spring.  
Habit:

Height: 10' to 12' (305 to 365cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 8b through 9b.  Best in a sunny location.  Needs a warm, frost-free situation.  No pruning required.
