Bred by Comte Jean-Baptiste Lelieur de Ville-sur-Arce (France, before 1826).
Class:
Alba.  
Bloom:
Light pink or blush, lighter edges.  Large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles.

Notes:
"Flesh-colored" should not necessarily be interpreted as pinkish beige like the skin tone of northern Europeans; rather, "carné" or "flesh-colored" was used to describe the deep blood red of freshly cut muscle, i.e. meat in modern parlance. That usage persisted through much of the 19th century and into at least the first decade of the 20th century.
