Notes:
Royall River Roses says this rose has very fragrant, large, semi-double blooms of deep magenta pink in small clusters repeating readily throughout the season. Plentiful hips attract wildlife... The Royal National Rose Society is making this rose available to its members in Spring 1999. They describe it as a shrub with large, semi-double flowers that are sweetly scented. A very attractive display of hips is produced in the autumn. It was awarded a Trial Ground Certificate in the RNRS International Rose Trials but has, so far, not been available in the UK. Please contact the RNRS for more information -- contact information for the RNRS is listed under "Organizations".
Is it possible this is the same rose as Pierette?
