Bred by Boutigny (before 1825) (France, before 1824).
Introduced in France by Prevost fils in 1825 as 'Belle Ninon'.

Lilac, lighter edges. Medium, full (26-40 petals), semi-globular bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
