Bred by W. Clayworth (New Zealand, 1969).
Introduced in New Zealand by Frank Mason & Sons Ltd. in 1970 as 'Frank Penn'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Cerise, light pink reverse.  Strong fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Compact, upright.  Medium, dark green, leathery foliage.
