Origin:
Bred by Alain Meilland (1940-....) (France, before 2010).
Introduced in Germany by Gärtner Pötschke in 2011 as 'Gypsy Farbfestival'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Pink, silver(y) reverse.  None / no fragrance.  50 to 60 petals.  Average diameter 2.75".  Medium, very full (41+ petals), in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Small buds.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact, spreading.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 16" to 2' (40 to 60cm).  Width: up to 16" (up to 40cm).
Growing:
Can be used for ground cover.

The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) was the product of the ‘Korimro’ variety (non-patented in the United States). ... The rose plants of the new variety were approximately one year of age and were observed during June while growing on their own roots outdoors at Le Cannet des Maures, Var, France
