Introduced in United Kingdom by Fryer's Roses/Fryer's Nurseries Ltd. in 2011 as 'Let's Celebrate'.

Floribunda.  

White, silver(y) shading, mauve streaks, stripes, flecks.  Flowers silvery white, striped and blotched purple mauve, reverse silvery white.  Moderate fragrance.  Medium, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters, cupped, ruffled bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Medium, bushy, compact.  

Height: 35" (90cm).  

Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.
