Origin:
Bred by Graindor (Belgium, before 1825).
Introduced in France by Jean-Pierre Vibert in before 1837 as 'Grain d'Or'.
Class:
Gallica / Provins.  
Bloom:
Velvety deep pink, crimson shading, red center.  Small to medium, very double, globular, scalloped bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).

Notes:
This rose is named 'Graindor' after ist breeder. The synonym 'Grain d'or' (golden grain) is a misunderstanding.
