Origin:
Bred by Kim L. Rupert (United States, before 2008).
Class:
Polyantha.  
Bloom:
White and cream, light green .  None to mild fragrance.  10 to 20 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), in small clusters, in large clusters, cupped-to-flat, expanded , open bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Pointed buds.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact, rounded, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 1' to 20" (30 to 50cm).  Width: 1' to 2' (30 to 60cm).
Growing:
Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, garden, landscape or specimen.  Hardy.  vigorous.  flowers drop off cleanly.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant, blackspot resistant, mildew resistant.

Notes:
In appearance and performance in my garden, this resembles a smaller version of Iceberg, hence the name. Sister seedling to Anne Belovich.
