Bred by Ralph S. Moore (United States, 1993).
Introduced in United States by Weeks Wholesale Rose Grower, Inc. in 1995 as 'Blastoff'.

Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Scarlet - orange, white reverse.  None to mild, spice fragrance.  35 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 1.75".  Small to medium, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters, quartered, ruffled bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, armed with thorns / prickles, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 39" to 47" (100 to 120cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
