Bred by Unknown (before 1833).
Class:
Hybrid China.  
Bloom:
Purple - red, dark purple outer petals, darker shading.  Average diameter 2.5".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), expanded , flat, rosette bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Small foliage.  
Patents:
