Origin:
Bred by Unknown (before 1829). Introduced in France by Lahaye père in before 1829 as 'Aigle bleu'.
Bloom:
Purple - violet, light blue shading. Average diameter 1.75". Medium, very full (41+ petals), expanded , rosette bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer. Small, rounded buds.
