Introduced in France by Meilland International (after 1997) in 2016 as 'Candy Cane Cocktail'.

Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Cream, deep pink blending, deep pink edges.  None / no fragrance.  up to 42 petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium, very full (41+ petals), in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Small buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, compact, upright.  Glossy, dark green, dense, leathery foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 42" to 4' (105 to 120cm).

The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the product of the cross of the ‘Meichoiju’ variety (non-patented in the United States) and the ‘Meikiji’ variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 7,785). The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) was the ‘Radtko’ variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 16,202)...The description is based on the observation of one and one-half year-old plants during July while growing outdoors during July on Rosa laxa rootstock at Le Cannet des Maures, Var, France. .
