Discovered by Kew Gardens (United Kingdom, before 1885).
Introduced in United Kingdom by William Paul & Son in 1885 as 'Afghan Yellow'.
Class:
Hybrid Foetida.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow.  Average diameter 0.75".  Small bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:

Height: up to 16" (up to 40cm).
