Bloom:
Blush, darker center, white edges. Mild fragrance. Large, very double, nodding or "weak neck" bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit:
Tall, climbing, few or no prickles/thorns. Semi-glossy foliage. 5 to 9 leaflets.
Height: 15' to 23' (455 to 700cm). Width: up to 10' (up to 305cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Vigorous.

Notes:
The State of Florida was admitted to the Union on 3 March 1845. Pépinières Loubert's 2002 Catalogue suggests the breeder may be Noisette and assign a date of pre-1810.
