Origin:
Bred by Tom Carruth (United States, before 2014). Introduced in United States by Edmunds' Roses in 2016 as 'Easy On the Eyes'.
Bloom:
Lavender, fuchsia / magenta center. Strong, citrus, fruity, spice fragrance. 11 to 18 petals. Average diameter 2.25". Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), in large clusters, ruffled bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Bushy, rounded. Glossy, dark green foliage. 3 to 7 leaflets.
Height: 41" to 4¾' (105 to 145cm).

This invention relates to a new and distinct variety of Shrub Rose. It has as its seed parent the variety known as `MORchari` (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 5,975) and as its pollen parent the variety known as `PEJbigeye` (not patented)... The branches used for the photograph came from 3 to 4 year-old rose plants of the new variety grown outdoors in Pomona, Calif. in the month of November.
