Introduced in Netherlands by J. van Zoest bv in 2015 as 'Picotee'.
Class:
Early Large Flowered, Group 2.  
Bloom:
White, dark red edges, light purple anthers.  6 to 10 petals.  Average diameter 4.75".  Medium, single bloom form.  Early summer to early autumn.  
Habit:

Height: 4'11" to 6'7" (150 to 200cm).
