Bred by Jean-Baptiste André (fils) Guillot (1827-1893) (France, 1871).
Introduced in Australia by C. F. Newman and Sons - Adelaide in 1894 as 'Mademoiselle Cécile Berthod'.

Tea.  
Bloom:
Deep yellow, lighter reverse.  Sulphur-yellow.  Mild to strong fragrance.  Very double, cupped bloom form.
