Bred by Alain Meilland (1940-....) (France, before 2016).
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
None / no fragrance.  29 to 34 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Medium green, leathery foliage.  

Height: up to 5' (up to 150cm).  Width: up to 5' (up to 150cm).

No. 11,836). ...The description is based on the observation of two-year-old specimens of the new variety during November while budded on their own roots and growing outdoors at Le Cannet des Maures, Var, France.
