Bred by Mike Shoup (United States, before 2019).
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Strong, apple, citrus, musk fragrance.  up to 65 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, very full (41+ petals), in small clusters, rosette bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Rounded buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, rounded.  Large, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 35" to 47" (90 to 120cm).  Width: 2' to 35" (60 to 90cm).
