Bred by Unknown (before 1864).
Class:
Found Rose, Tea Noisette.  
Bloom:
Cream or white, apricot center.  Yellow-green foliage.  Large, nodding or "weak neck" bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Growing:
Heat tolerant.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Should not be confused with Rosa canina borbonica, a synonym for 'Rosier Bourbon', which see.

This local name hints at the possibility that this is the very old white Tea Rose, 'Bourbon', a rose that has been described as being similar to 'Diane de Bollwiller'.
