So beautiful! I can imagine sitting at the dining table with a cup of spicy tea, the window slightly open and the delightful scent of these roses wafting in :-) A joy!

Exactly what it is! Now the window you see in the middle of the photo cannot be opened. That`s the way they did it here in the old days because of the often strong and salty winds. However there is another window further in the rear next to this one, which is not visible in the photo. This can be opened, and yes the scent is wafting in through it, especially from the bourbon "Louise Odier" which grows as a climber between the windows. Now this photo was of course meant to be a garden photo, but by mistake it is registered as a member photo, which is the reason why I am not in it, and which is just as well. Now I have checked out your photos which are very good indeed. I particularly liked two of the garden photos with a sort of misty appearance and a ditto backdrop. Aesthetically excellent. Your garden is a real park. Wonderful!

Thank You for the kind invitation, but that's impossible for me. It's good to know people can enjoy the 'simple' beauty of roses encadring the vieuw, when one looks out the window. Like a fit frame around a painting! Jay-Jay.

A very poetic way of saying it, but right to the point. Unfortunately photos tend to come out a bit blurred through a window pane, but I have tried. Arvid.
