'Utage' in commerce in Japan seems to be mislabeled. Parentage and Registration points to a white rose.

Wonder what the ID is? In red roses, often the petal reverse and foliage helps hint toward a lineage. Many are very hard to tell apart, though =/ Especially online.

There are two. Utage (hybrid tea, Ota 1977). - white Utage (hybrid tea, Keisei 1979) - red

That would explain it, however Japanese websites and Pinterest state Ota as the breeder of the red rose and list the parentage 'Edith Krause' x 'Bridal Robe', which are both white. It seems the Keisei rose is unknown there. I see that you have already added the second 'Utage'. Can you also add the reference as a note for clarification please?
