There is no reason to assume an error in the name of the variety in this photograph. This is Madame Hardy

I am inclined to agree with HonzaPM when she said it is more likely to be 'Mme. Plantier (a lax, almost thornless bush) than 'Mme.Hardy ( a thorny upright bush). The blooms are very similar, but the habit of the two bushes are very different. I added a photo of my 'Mme. Plantier' this morning showing the same pink buds as your bush, and much further back in the photos I have added a photo of 'Mme. plantier's thin, almost thornless canes.

Mme. Plantier has larger, more full-blown flowers

Seems much more like ´Mme Plantier´ at this picture.
(pink buds, leaves, stems, form, all the bush type etc.)
Don´t think this is ´Mme Hardy´.
