There is a need to balance the previous two comments as but for the action of enthusiasts the grave’s location could have been lost. Buried on 1/9/1910 Geschwind’s grave was marked by a simple wooden cross. With the family moving away from Krupina the grave was unmarked until 1981 when a granddaughter identified the site and locals installed the current headstone and rose planted. Somehow as a man of the land who no doubt had dirt under his finger nails in life, it is probably quite fitting for his grave as shown in either picture.
