David Austin website states that Abe. has 70 petals compared to Evelyn's 100 petals, also Abe. has sharp citrus scent compared to Evelyn's old rose/peaches scent. Abraham Darby is eaten by rabbits and pests constantly. Leaves are darker green and rounder than Evelyn. In my humid climate, my Abe. is prone to blackspots and holes in leaves from sawfly damage.
