4th season 2024, ca 320 m2. Has two apple trees, two plum trees, a free-growing mixed hedge, mixed borders, various berries, a veggie patch, and 13 varieties of (mostly) old roses. Soil is loamy-sandy. Major issue: Summer droughts.
