p587. Talindert, Camperdown, Vic. Built for pastoralist James Chester Manifold (1867-1918) in 1890....Outstanding was a rose garden laid out c 1893 by William Jack Adamson (1865-c1923). A rose fancier, he bred here the exceptionally successful climber ‘Miss Marion Manifold’ released by Samuel Brundrett in 1913...... George Jones.
