[From Botanica's Roses, p. 85:] The Gaujard enterprise succeeded to a famous name, for it took over Pernet-Ducher's nursery in 1924. Members of the Gaujard family have a long tradition of raising Large-flowered Roses of classic form with broad petals and high centers. Gaujard, Jean-Marie (1925 - ?) Current (2007) representatives: Gaujard, Jean-Jacques Gaujard, Aveline (his daughter) Gaujard, Raymond (bred roses 1947-1960) is not related.
