After seven years of trying the other Carruth blue roses, I still prefer Outta the Blue in the garden for its outstanding disease-free, blue-green foliage and its rapid repeat. My plant is now 5 feet tall and wide by the end of the season and doesn't mind a bit of stern pruning every couple of years.
